    Convenient Rental but very pre war

    Pros:
    Close to mass transit and shopping.
    Cons:
    Extremely creaky floors. Apartments are deteriorating from the inside. Nails don't hold in walls. Extremely expensive rent for prospective tenants.
    Advice to owner:
    Renovate bathrooms for elderly tenants.

    The super is great, neighbors keep to themselves, management takes care.
    Cons:
    Roaches, but that's nyc.
