    Pros:
    Location, good neighbors
    Cons:
    Apartment not maintained, building not maintained, heat isn’t on long enough, owner goes into apartments when ever they feel like it, no pest control, no maintenance of building, no updates in apartment unless you hire someone yourself to paint, fix, etc.
    Advice to owner:
    Respect tenants & maintain building
