    Please fix the place up before renting.

    Pros:
    Close to the 7 train. Access to many diverse restaurants.
    Cons:
    Overpopulated area.
    The rent would go up intensely high without being warned at least a month.
    Many rodents in the apartment that were never addressed.
    Neighbors are intensely loud and rude.
    Never given a receipt of proof of paid rent.
    Owner would never address the families concerns.
    Advice to owner:
    Clean up the place. Stop over charging for rent if the place looks like trash.
