    Pros:
    Easy walk up
    Cons:
    Its not painted nor tested for led. The landlord doesn't respond or act on complaints.
    The pest control is hardly ever in the building
    Neighbors are loud at times
    Advice to owner:
    Paint the building - take care of pest sistuation - Get the cameras working.
    Get signs up for delivery and tenants to follow
