This is a nightmare to live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
There’s literally nothing good, the only good thing about here in the subway in front of the building and few stores around here but that not part of the building, so it doesn’t count in my opinion.
Cons:
I’m not going to tell too much details about me in here, because sadly I still living here, I don’t want more problems with my landlord for complaining about stuff they have to do about a lot stuff and it’s part of the rules of the building or in the contract, and can’t move out right now, but Everything it’s wrong over here, first of all the super gives you attitude or is rude , if you asking a favor about repair something in the apartment or something they have to do (Gene), the secretary of the building NEVER picks up any call after the first complain you made (Monica) and this building is falling apart, a lot bugs, the heater never works in the appropriate times, there’s few times there’s not even hot water, also when you open the any faucet sometimes a terrible smell come out from the water, we have a ramping of stealing mail or packages in here and the building are not taking responsibility about it, when the full building have cameras and could figure who is or where the person is coming from but they still saying they not even taking responsibility of anything, the new neighbors even have more privileged than the older ones, they are extremely noisy and nobody that is responsible to talk to them for making the noises stop takes responsibility about it, and I even got threaten by calling the police for telling them to stop being so noisy ( I have been dealing with this noises since almost 3 years already and I swear they are extremely noisy and they mocking you up by making even more noises after you tell them to stop ) specially during night time, but the building don’t do nothing about it, we are not allow to have laundry machines in the building but I know few new people that do it all the time, and nobody do nothing about it either, and the owner of the building looks at you like if you are too insignificant for him, this people is disrespectful, and don’t care about anything. I’m not saying all the neighbors are bad but most likely the new ones are nasty and dirty. In another words, don’t wasted you time and money in here, as soon as I can, I will move out from here for sure!!
Advice to owner:

Not too good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to everything. Location is amazing
Cons:
cockroaches everywhere! Infested with cockroaches. Used to have the huge subway rats in my room before but we closed everything off.
Advice to owner:
Do something about the roaches. A once a month exterminator not doing any good
