    Pros:
    Good location, fair-ish price
    Cons:
    There is no official super for the building, and since it has flooded THREE TIMES in the 2 years I have been there, it has been quite the problem. The landlord and property manager are rude and seldom do anything to upkeep the property.
    Advice to owner:
    Take better care of your property
