The building was new and clean when I rented it, LL was communicative, however, unwilling to fix issues.
Cons:
The LL entered the apartment without notice consistently and would enter private spaces. He did not want to fix shower door when told it was not stable. Shower door eventually broke despite numerous conversations about it, and we ended up being charged for it anyway.
Advice to owner:
Stop being cheap and respect your tenants.
