    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Quiet avenue, close the bus station
    Cons:
    Really bad landlord, the house is too old and have many problem with the hot water heat. Sometimes the landlord try to get more money for no reason with lies.
    Advice to owner:
    Chance the landlord and pay more attention to the house an the tenants that live at this address.
