Worst building maintenance and worst landlord.
Pros
It was on the main street which is close to everything, only a few mins away in car to the mall.
Cons
The landlord did not fix anything EVER. Whenever she decided to stop being lazy and call someone to repair something, they did a cheap job which resulted in something being broken for a 2nd or 3rd time. Since it is above a restaurant, it is INFESTED with roaches. So many cons, also the cheap paint and carpeting job they do before or after someone moves in is extremely grim. Don’t waste your time, this building is falling apart at fault of the owner Grace.
Advice to the owners
Please give the property to someone else. It is much better off.
