    Looks can be deceiving
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nice new renovations. Driveway spot. Washer dryer shared with upstairs
    Cons:
    Bugs kept getting in- like huge scary spiders. Wanted to caulk openings where pests can come in. Landlord flipped and broke the lease contract- telling me to move out.
    Advice to owner:
    Don’t treat tenants like your children. Get better pest control
