    Good starter apartment
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Utilities included, easy landlord, large room, separate kitchen.
    Cons:
    It’s a basement apartment so natural light is completely non existent. Sometimes the little one upstairs runs around a lot and they have loud family events sometimes.
    Advice to owner:
    Be a little quieter late at night.
