it is very clean and friendly building

Pros:
it is very clean and friendly building,
people management and super very nice, no noize.
Cons:
pest control is out of this world,person who came it come every week its like the bug control person have a sugar water because bugs doesn't disappear bot it multiply, elevators are almost falling apart old and the last check up from elevator company and building department for elevators it is on 3/20/20
Advice to owner:
fix the elevators or update them to a new elevator shaft.
