    Well kept and responsive super. Lived there happily for 3 years

    Clean, decent sized one bedroom apartment, great location to subway and LIRR
    Cons:

    Good location but that's about it

    Location close to shops and subway station.
    Cons:
    Laundry access closes at 9pm, and the neighbors and landlord are very nosy and rude.
    Advice to owner:
    Don't send videos every single day of dogs barking to your tenants.
