Solid building to live in

Pros:
The super is very responsive and will help you with almost anything needed.
Cons:
They can be a bit stingy with the heat
Advice to owner:
Make sure heat is on consistently

The area is nice a lot of stores and cafes
Cons:
The walls are thin so that you can hear neighbors.
Filthy laundromat room and machines; no one has cleaned them for a thousand years.
Cockroaches, even tho I keep my apartment very clean
