Lovely neighborhood, excellent super

Pros:
Super is on top of it, never had a complaint that wasn’t immediately addressed. Lobby and building is usually immaculate
Cons:
People sometimes loiter in the lobby at night, the occasional package got stolen
Advice to owner:
Installing security cameras might be a good idea
