    Nice quiet building

    Pros:
    Nice and quiet
    Cons:
    Occasional rats and cat lady on the fifth floor who takes to long to dispose of bags and bags of litter making the whole floor stink!
    Advice to owner:
    Please take care of this as promised more than two years ago
