-4th Floor walk-up -Slow response time from super -hallways/stairs quite dirty -slow response time from management, as well as confusing correspondence -residence were disgusting in the trash room

Comfy, clean, minimal problems!

Pros:
Great super, nice neighbors and a pretty courtyard.
Cons:
Rare mouse issue, quickly fixed by super and pest control. Has not been a problem since. Actual owners are total flakes, and never respond to a single message without being prodded 300 times.
Advice to owner:
Be a little more attentive of tenants please
