    A nice spot in for a non-driver

    Near the LIRR station
    Near the Q10 to JFK Airport & Other buses

    Cons:
    Hotel next door can be rowdy at times due it’s a shelter

    Hard to find parking
    Advice to owner:
    Update the mailbox system & better area to leave packages
