The location of this building is great, the roof has a beautiful view, and the other tenants were always kind and respectful.
Cons:
The landlord was unresponsive, after harassment and dishonesty from our broker we had to beg to lower the rent, and we were even left with space heaters in the winter. The worst of all was them charging me $200 for “paint damage” because I left sticker marks on my wall. When I filed a complaint to the state as this was clearly a matter of normal wear and tear, they actually submitted pictures that were not from my room to the formal report! I was so disgusted and felt disrespected.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants with respect and don’t take advantage of them and neglect them for profit.

Pros:
Location. Relatively big and a great shower!
Cons:
Washer and dryer don’t work. Central air really only works in the big main room so you need to open doors when it is very hot or cold outside.
