a complete nightmare

Pros:
zero pros this place is a death trap
Cons:
landlord harassment, illegal eviction attempts, severe rat/mouse infestation, bug infestations, extremely dangerous carbon monoxide leaks, refusal to make proper repairs, illegal renting without a certificate of occupancy, broken carbon monoxide detectors, sewage backups, dangerous wiring…this place is literally a death trap stay away
