    Paper thin walls

    Pros:
    Central air, good light
    Cons:
    Neighbors are rambunctious and throw loud parties, walls are paper thin (not real walls), mice problem. Decreased amenities during time in the apartment.
    Advice to owner:
    The superintendent should be responsive over text.
