    Really nice rooftop, easy to get mail, good garbage service, not noisy
    Cons:
    Has washer and drier but drier works very poorly

    Pros:
    The infrastructure of the building and renovations are beautiful. The location is perfect, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The laundry in the building is great and the rooftop has an amazing view.
    Cons:
    Management could be more responsive to the needs of the property, i.e. resolving/reporting stolen packages from other tenants guests, ensuring consistency of building upkeep and responding promptly to needs
