I’ve since moved out of this building, but I frequently think about how much I miss how it was managed. The units were beautiful, but most importantly requests for repairs were resolved quickly and professionally repairs

The bar owner downstairs wasn’t pleasant or mindful of the fact that people lived nearby

A decent experience, but not perfect

Pros:
New, clean and overall well maintained. Layout has a lot of bright lights too.
Cons:
Noise level from neighboring buildings. There were a few occasions when front doors/locks were broken. A lot of weird policies on Wifi installation that made things difficult for the tenants. Landlords are friendly but also clearly only there for their own interests. It shows in both their security deposit review and responsiveness to maintenance request.
