    What do you do at this point?

    Pros:
    Large Space, cool people outside sometimes
    Cons:
    Where do I begin, when I moved in one of rooms had a massive leak and all my art and stuff gets wet. So much damage. He acts like it’s our fault and it hasn’t even been 3 months. There’s always people hanging outside but sometimes people leave the door open and there random junkies in the hallway. A dog comes out of the building everyday(huge and aggressive to people) walks up and down the street without a leash, poops everywhere and no one picks it up. The neighbors are always in disputes outside and the police are always around. Do not move into this building, rent is cheap but literally a living hell.
    Advice to owner:
    Learn how to run a building and actually solve problems. Don’t act like you’re doing us a favor by fixing shit messed up in your apartment.
