    My favorite rental experience to date.
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    As close to a perfect renting experience as you can get, and potentially the best landlord in the city. Not saying that lightly.
    Cons:
    Occasional basement flooding during storms, but landlord was fast to amend the issue when they did occur.
