    Pros:
    What a magic location. The landlord is stellar: kind and responsive. Active yet family friendly neighborhood. New appliances. In-unit washer/dryer. Full bath. Tub. Short walk up. Huge windows. Heat/AC controlled in each room.
    Cons:
    Small space. Not much common storage. Tricky mail system.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep it up!
