    Nice owners. Quiet building.

    Friendly owners and neighbors
    Proximity to transit options
    Quiet building
    Nice neighborhood
    Cons:
    No central AC
    No roof access
    No laundry
    Have had some issues with pests but owners respond fairly quickly
    Elevated train track can be a bit loud but you get used to it
    Advice to owner:
    Accept online rent payments and pets
