    Pros:
    Location.

    I would only recommend this building to kids that are okay living in a dorm. A very expensive dorm.
    Cons:
    Very uncomfortable apartment for the price. Street s infested with rats. Garbage outside is not maintained. Unresponsive landlords.
    Advice to owner:
    Be more responsive and try to care even just a little.
