    1930 Palmetto - DO NOT RENT
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Very small bedrooms, no privacy, extremely expensive for the area.
    Cons:
    This backyard is absolutely full of trash and the owner just installed 5110 Lumen outdoor lights (more than twice the output of a grow light) that they leave on all night and all weekend long. These flood lights are blinding and terrible for the neighborhood.
    Advice to owner:
    Take these lights down! (5 “Xtreme Outdoor Series” lights)
