    Neighbors are great
    Cons:
    Anything that need fixing tenants buy and pay to get done
    They refuse to fix or give a hard to

    Stop being cheap

    Rent is very reasonable
    Cons:
    When something needs to be fixed they are not quick to fix they rather mend it
    Kitchen and bathroom falling apart when asked to fix they say you do it or just say no
    Advice to owner:
    You have great tenants treat them as so
