    pretty good apt and landlord for nyc standards

    Pros:
    -rent is low
    -apartment is spacious
    -management is responsive
    -was cleaned and painted when we moved in
    -hallways are cleaned every week
    Cons:
    -raised rent during covid but our rent is so good it wasn’t worth it to challenge
    -lots of cockroaches- even more when they started renovating upstairs
    -upstairs tenant had an illegal washer dryer that cause major water damage issues in our apartment
    - apt did not come with refrigerator and we have to remove it when we leave or we will be charged
    Advice to owner:
    get the cockroach problem under control. it’s disgusting
