    Historical House needs work
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nice architecture & lots of light. Cant get any closer to the subway - you're right under it. Buses, shopping nearby too.
    Cons:
    Owner does not eradicate vermin (mostly mice but also had every species of bug) and blames all house problems on tenants, even though house is not properly maintained or renovated for a historical 120-year old building.
    Advice to owner:
    Make residence look more like it belongs in a developed nation & you'll make a lot more money.
