    Good landlord

    Pros:
    They are pretty good with the cleaning, I’ve never seen any roach. I haven’t had any issue so I haven’t talked to the landlord. They have a laundry machine downstairs so I don’t have to go to the laundromat.
    Cons:
    I don’t have any
    Advice to owner:
    You guys can make the backyard look nicer 😁
