    Mixed bag, approach with caution

    Pros:
    Nice fixtures, clean and pest free, quiet street.
    Cons:
    Thin walls / floors. Hard to communicate with landlord sometimes. strange vibe.

    The owner is crazy, overbearing and will stand outside your door the whole night.
    Cons:
    Also won’t let you open windows !
