    Pros:
    Boxed apartment layout
    Cons:
    Minimal heat, heat is on a timer that goes off like 4 or 5 times a day for 40/45 minutes. doesn’t do repairs.
    Advice to owner:
    Give more heat and be responsible for repairs at are due to wear and tear.
