    Small and on a good block
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    I lived here when Charlie was the landlord and he was very nice. And a little weird. Always wore leggings with his junk kind of hanging out haha its so close to the train which is awesome.
    Cons:
    Carpets that were SO FUCKING OLD. Previous tenants leaving crap in the hallways.
    Advice to owner:
    Her hardwood floors.
