    2nd Floor - Small But Satisfying

    Pros:
    This apartment was nice, but after 4 years, we outgrew it and needed to move. The owners/property managers were honestly great for the entire time we stayed there. No lie; they were quick and responsive to everything, from plumbing (shout out to Dino!) and electrical, to even sending someone to help with the yard when it became too much for us to handle by hand. I regret not seeing another listing in their network that would’ve worked for us, because I would’ve gladly stuck with them as a management company. I know this may come off as a bullsh*t review, but they legit were great.
    Cons:
    NOTE: this is not reflective of the apartment, management company or even the downstairs neighbor — the street is loud/very busy. Because it’s on a truck/bus route, and across from a playground, it can get loud.
    Advice to owner:
    None; my experience with them was great.
