Pretty good for what I paid for

Pros:
Rent stabilized, scheduled exterminators, friendly and efficient live-in super. Relatively clean and functional. Enjoyed my few years here!
Cons:
Wasn’t as soundproof as I would have liked. Heard every fight my upstairs neighbors had.
