    Pros:
    Some great neighbors
    Reliable super and staff
    Love the neighborhood and 7 line
    Trash chute
    Laundry is solid
    Cons:
    Huge, rampant, unfixable roach and bug problem
    Bad water pressure and draining issues
    Overall bad upkeep of the building itself like holes in walls and fixtures
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the roach infestation, they are in the pipes and walls and needs more than bug spray every two weeks
