Awful place to live

Pros:
The apts are of decent size though expensive .
Cons:
There appears to be a prostitution house on the 8th floor, a clandestine betting place in the basement and tons of teenagers (who don’t even live in the building) who smoke pot and other drugs (once saw a crack pipe) in the stairway and roof. There’s no security and the owner and his staff are aggressive and unresponsive (but will make sure your payments are made on time)
Advice to owner:
Be a good owner, stop all illegal activities in the building.
