    TERRIBLE
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    always has open houses for people in need to move asap
    Cons:
    Everything. Management sucks, thin walls, noisy as hell, no heat during winter, no hot water, mice, roaches, centipedes, asbestos...
    Advice to owner:
    Fix your building!
