Heat & water are great. Heat is paid for in rent. Close to public transportation.
Cons:
Does not respect boundaries. Does not give prior notice to walking into apartment. Very hot headed landlord. Will try and threaten and retaliate if you speak on your rights.
Water and electrical are old. Upstairs tends to leak downstairs.
Hole in bathroom ceiling. Can see upstairs tub. Nothing has been renovated since the 90’s at least.
Advice to owner:
Read landlord and tenant rights. Acknowledge them Follow through Fix old piping and wiring.
