    Pros:
    Clean and spacious apartment.
    Cons:
    Weird landlord.
    Allows random individuals to live on premises daily-/yet not an Air B nB. Had the nerve to force a family out during a pandemic—paying tenants at that. Had to retain a lawyer to keep us safe and secure.
    Advice to owner:
    Be honest. Be truthful.

    Cheap rent and bigger space
    Cons:
    Landlord unresponsive to dangers around the home such as faulty wiring. Stairs in need of repair. Bedbugs.

    Clean up your property!
