Do your homework before you move here.
Pros
The building is taken cared of from the outside but not from the inside.
Cons
Management is rude they talk and talk and talk. When you have something to say they have to say something else that doesn’t make sense. They don’t like to reply to your emails. Answer calls when they fee like it. Water leaks in ceiling, cracks on walls and windows. When it rains it rains in the apartment. Cold in the apartment when it’s freezing out. Mold in the bathroom after I asked them to situate the problem. Toilet doesn’t flush correctly, tub fills with water after spending money to have someone unclog it.
Advice to the owners
Make sure before your sublet owners rent to individuals they fix their apartments correctly before someone moves in.
