Bad Landlord, house is very small

Close to main road/restaurants

Small rooms. Very old house needs updating, landlord harrasses you with reminder texts that the rent is due on the first when the rent was never late he justified this by saying he needs the rent early to pay for the mortgage, anything heat/leak issues with the house the landlord will accuse you of. He acts like he has power over you because he rents part of his house to you

Advice to the owners

Learn some people skills. Hire better workers. Kick out the smelly ass people that live on the second floor
