    Pros:
    Apartments are very spacious
    Great water pressure
    Friendly Neighbors
    Cons:
    Landlord is very unresponsive
    Property isnt maintained at all
    Pests are everywhere
    During snowy months, property isn't shoveled
    Advice to owner:
    Please be more active on your property. The tenants shouldn't be responsible for maintaining the grounds. They are tenants not employees
