    Pros:
    The landlord himself is a nice man, he is reasonable, respectful, and tries his best. He is willing to work with you as much as he can.
    Cons:
    Heat issue (no heat)
    Wife harasses people and guest
    Wife takes others belongings
    Wife tries to control tenants as she does with her husband (she controls him too) this makes it hard to live comfortable because she won’t let him do things for the tenants like repairs
    Beatles (a few years)
    mice (a few years)
    Roaches (a few years)
    Waited two years for new floors had splinters and his wife didn’t care
    Advice to owner:
    Divorce or put his wife into mental health because she comes off as jealous, very hateful and extremely bipolar and controlling

    Never no heat also bugs and mice wife always Complaining about anything

    Neighborhood is quiet
    Cons:
    Always a Problem with the Beatles in the heat wife starts with the family and husband always it you can’t have a mail box and mail always be missing from there mailbox there more Problems than the bugs try to be Very controlling don’t rent from them the Worst landlords I ever had they use you fir your money and you will not have no back Yard or anywhere to park your car
    Advice to owner:
    No parking at this street at all very Stressful so if you want to go out make sure you get home befor 4pm because you will not find any parking
