    Pros:
    Great location. Close to A and J train. Several buses.
    Cons:
    Rodent infested apartment. Several years of dealing with mice. With several complaints, landlords did nothing to help solve the issue.
    Advice to owner:
    Better Rodent control.

    Pros:
    Location- 2 blocks away from train station. Minutes away from Brooklyn and LI
    Cons:
    This apartment was infected with mice. Despite numerous complaints the landlords always took the cheapest route to take care of the problem which was never effective
    Advice to owner:
    Hire an exterminator to get rid of the rodents
