Pros:
Nice building, landlord maintains building regularly and he cares about his tenants. During covid he was lenient with the rent and didn’t charge a late fee.train is right across the street
Cons:
Nothing because the landlord keeps the apartment nice!

Keep up the good work

Large rooms! Convenient bus/train stops! Very nice area!
Cons:
Terrible landlord! Any issues have to be solved by you! Landlord has a terrible attitude!
Advice to owner:
Fix the apartment issues before anyone else gets sick. You will get sued by someone else.
