    Good experience overall with some displeasing experience

    Pros:
    Landlord was good for the most part.
    Cons:
    Things were great for the most part living there besides the fact that we got cheated out of our full security deposit refund. On the day we officially moved out the owner suggested we leave the key behind without doing a walk through with us present.. Big mistake we should've insisted for a walk through before leaving the keys because he charged us lots of bogus fees claiming he needed to replace the stove when we left the stove cleaned and in working condition the windows which were already broken when we got in and tried to charge us for several other things out of $1825 we only received $300 he did not provided any receipts to prove to purchases he supposedly made.
    Advice to owner:
    Be honest with you next tenant's security deposit
